Our Neighborhood
Quality Community Living
ECEHOA is composed of a small group of 182 homeowners, located on the East side of Cline Falls Highway, in the high desert of Central Oregon. ECEHOA is adjacent to the full-service destination resort, Eagle Crest Resort. We would like to encourage you to get involved with the Association and to meet your new neighbors. You’ll find us to be a lively, engaging group. We're nestled against the majestic Cascade Mountains near Bend, Oregon. Eagle Crest boasts over 300 days of sunshine each year with an annual rainfall of less than nine inches.

Maintain a high level of livability and support long-term values of the association
Manage the funds of the association in a conservative manner that supports #1 above.
Properly reserve for the repair and maintenance of the assets of the association and maintain the assets to a high standard.
Enforce the documents of the association in a fair and consistent manner
Foster the sense of community that makes EHOA a unique and desirable place to live.
Maintain a mutually beneficial working relationship with the Eagle Crest Master Association
Make communication with our membership a priority.
